Offinso Foundation for Community Change (OFCC) is a registered volunteer-run, community-based non-profit organization (Reg. No. CG122032018, TIN: C0015716163) operating in Offinso municipality in the Ashanti region of Ghana. Established in 2018, OFCC believes every person deserves the chance to live with dignity. In Ghana today, many families struggles to meet basic needs and secure a hopeful future. We are committed to changing this reality – one community at a time.
We work hand-in-hand with local communities, volunteers, and partners to bring practical solutions that improve lives. By mobilizing local talents, skills and resources, we strengthen the people’s capacity to build better livelihoods and resilient communities.
Our approach is grounded in empowerment. We support initiatives that promote education, economic self-reliance, health and youth development – giving individuals and families opportunities to thrive socially, economically, and spiritually. We ensure that the people we serve play a leading role in identifying their needs and shaping solutions. We believe that lasting transformation happens when we work together – with love, service, and unity.

Our History
Inequality, limited access to resources, and lack of opportunities keep many individuals, households, and communities trapped in poverty. Economic vulnerability further restricts access to essential services such as education, healthcare, and financial support. In response to these challenges, a group of concerned citizens in Offinso came together to establish OFCC in 2018, dedicated to empowering communities and fostering sustainable development.

At OFCC, we operate with a committed team of volunteer professionals rather than paid staff. These dedicated individuals bring diverse expertise in business and project management, healthcare, banking and finance, agriculture, social work, public administration, and education.

Community Impacts
The Offinso Foundation for Community Change has made significant strides in uplifting marginalized communities.
