OFCC envisions a self-reliant and empowered society where marginalized individuals, households, and communities have equal access to opportunities for sustainable development and growth

OFCC is committed to fostering health, promoting education, empowering local economies, and developing community skills. We achieve this by providing resources, training, and support to underserved populations, enabling them to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.

These are :

  1. Empowerment – Supporting individuals and communities to become self-reliant.
  2. Inclusivity – Ensuring equal opportunities for all, regardless of background.
  3. Sustainability – Promoting long-term, impactful solutions.
  4. Integrity – Upholding transparency, accountability, and ethical practices.
  5. Collaboration – Partnering with stakeholders to drive meaningful change.
  6. Compassion – Serving communities with care and dedication.

Inequality, limited access to resources, and lack of opportunities keep many individuals, households, and communities trapped in poverty. Economic vulnerability further restricts access to essential services such as education, healthcare, and financial support. In response to these challenges, a group of concerned citizens in Offinso came together to establish OFCC in 2018, dedicated to empowering communities and fostering sustainable development.

At OFCC, we operate with a committed team of volunteer professionals rather than paid staff. These dedicated individuals bring diverse expertise in business and project management, healthcare, banking and finance, agriculture, social work, public administration, and education. Their extensive skills in project development, operations management, financial planning, marketing, and performance evaluation enable us to maximize the impact of financial contributions.

Beyond executing projects efficiently, our team excels in building trust-based relationships with individuals, families, communities, government officials, traditional leaders, and other key stakeholders, ensuring meaningful and sustainable change.

OFCC has a strong accountability structure, with an elected 11-member Board serving as its governing body. In addition to providing oversight and strategic direction, the Board ensures staff accountability while supporting the organization in developing effective plans and mobilizing resources. This structure strengthens OFCC’s ability to achieve its mission and maintain transparency in its operations.
